2. About Tamsui Taiwan Tea Shop
Tamsui Taiwan Tea Shop ("Tamsui," "we," "us," or "our") operates three branches in the UAE: Al Ain Town Square, Forsan Central Mall (Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi), and Sheikha Fatima Park (Abu Dhabi).
3. The "Order Now" / Location-Based Redirect Feature
Our Site includes an "Order Now" feature that uses your browser's location — or, where that is unavailable, an approximate IP-based location — to identify which Tamsui branch is nearest to you, and directs you to that branch's ordering page on one of our delivery partners: Noon Food, Talabat, Careem, Deliveroo, or Smiles. This feature is provided for your convenience. We make reasonable efforts to route you to the correct branch, but we do not guarantee that the detected location will always be perfectly accurate. If you believe you have been directed to the wrong branch, you may use the manual branch-selection option on the Site to choose the correct one yourself. We do not store or retain any location information collected through this feature. See our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Third-Party Ordering Platforms
When you select a delivery partner and are redirected, you leave our Site and place your order directly through that partner's platform. Your order, payment, delivery, and any related dispute are governed entirely by that partner's own terms and conditions, not ours. Tamsui Taiwan Tea Shop is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, pricing, delivery times, or service quality of any third-party ordering platform.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including the Tamsui Taiwan Tea Shop name, logo, brand colors, product names, and descriptions — is the property of Tamsui Taiwan Tea Shop and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access it through automated means in a way that disrupts service, or misuse the location-detection feature.
7. Third-Party Links
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or platforms, including our delivery partners and our social media accounts. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tamsui Taiwan Tea Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including any inaccuracy in location-based branch redirection or any issue arising from a third-party ordering platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
